Want to work for a great EPAO? we are looking for  Recruitment Independent End-point Assessors on a freelance basis. As an IEA, you will be the key person in the decision making process of apprenticeship outcomes for Skillsfirst Assess Independent End-point Assessment Service for the Apprenticeship Standard. The primary focus of this role is to liaise with organisations offering Skillsfirst Assess as the Independent End Point Assessment Service to their employers; planning and carrying out assessment activities and ensuring consistency of grading decisions.

You will also share and interpret your decisions as part of standardisation meetings as a specialist in the Recruitment industry, working with other Independent End-point Assessors for internal training, moderation and standardisation purposes. Having gained expertise and credibility through having worked in the industry, you will be keen to be part of a team looking to develop professionals of the future and wish to make use of your industry technical knowledge in this area.

As a minimum Qualifications and experience required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office software
  • Evidence of assessing learner competence, at the level or above of the end-point assessment or as specified in the assessment standard
  • Hold the Level 2 Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing and / or Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing or above for (Recruitment Resourcer – Level 2)
  • Hold a Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Recruitment Practice or the Level 3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice and / or Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Recruitment or above for ( Recruitment Consultant L3)
  • Hold or are working towards an accredited assessor / verifier qualification or demonstrate equivalent experience
  • Experience of leading meetings/structured interviews/discussions
  • Evidence of commitment to maintaining CPD, in line with the Skillsfirst Assess/end-point assessment standard requirements
