Remote working is possible, however the successful applicant will be required to travel regularly to the NCFE Head Office in Newcastle upon Tyne

Salary of £65,000-£85,000 dependant on experience

We are looking for an experienced Director of Marketing to join us on a permanent basis.

NCFE is going through a period of transformation, we’re redefining our brand and our digital offer.  The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, a marketing all-rounder and someone who looks to the future and thrives on change.  In this role, you’ll be responsible for brand, campaign marketing, digital marketing, PR, advertising and social. You’ll enjoy designing, building, and measuring creative and impactful cross-channel campaigns to drive awareness and adoption of our products and services.

You are detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple projects at once, prioritizing to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and able to take direction and work well with multiple teams. You will have first-class written and verbal communication skills. You have a keen sense for how to measure and optimize campaigns to return the maximum ROI and you’ll have a proven track record for building and developing high performance digital marketing teams.


NCFE’s customers cross through the B2B, B2C and B2G (Government) space.  To be successful in this role you will have experience in positively managing complex political issues and delivering effective communications in a highly sensitive, confidential environment.

We are flexible to location but would require frequent travel to our base in Longbenton near Newcastle upon Tyne. Our other benefits include:
